Q. Demo version do not show any data after scan of damaged Excel worksheet. Could the purchased version repair more ?
A. Unfortunately, it means that neither demo nor full version can’t help in your case. Demo version of Excel eRepair tool shows all files to be recovered by registered version.
Q. I have downloaded the program several times, but the installer is damaged. What to do?
A. Check your system for viruses and remove them. The setup package will not run if the checksum check is not passed. Additionally this problem can be produced by network errors or interrupts during download.
Q. Why Demo version of eRepair Excel was able to show me the content of damaged Excel, but the purchased version did not find any files in Excel file ?
A. The eRepair Excel tool is not changed, it is working as it was. Something happens with your Excel file between tryout and software purchase. You can install the demo version of eRepair Excel to another computer, transfer damaged file there and check that it will not find any tables in your Excel file because the Excel was changed.
Q. How to get the eRepair license for free ?
A. The eRepair Excel is commercial version. You can use our free eRepair Excel demo for tryout. Demo version is limited, it is not saving any data.
